SPG Site Investigation combines years of experience to provide window sampling and drilling services utilising rotary percussive equipment and standard cable percussion. We have 2 types of rigs to cater for specific sampling needs and 3 independent rigs running all over greater London. Site Investigation
SADS has a highly experienced workforce and varied equipment range to be able to deliver site investigation tailored to very specific needs. We provide a professional and comprehensive service including reintstatement if needed.
Restricted Access Specialist
Specialising in restricted access work environments such as basements, low headroom and other small area sites, means that we can obtain the results needed. With an intelligent and innovative approach to executing drilling and working techniques we can retrieve the required data regardless of awkwardness and difficulty.
Foundation Exposure
We provide a manual service to expose existing footings and foundation footprints withough impacting the integrity of the structure. If required full reinstatement is available to original condition.
This is a premier 110 rotary percissive drilling rig with an uprated rotary head for increased depth and casing insertion. A speacial casing system has been developed to drill through terraced gravels and seal off in lower strata, such as london clay this then enables the the extraction of varied samples such as UT 100 samples U100 samples and SPT/CPT bearing tests.
With the use of extraction equipment the machine can be used internally where other machines could not operate.
It can also gain access through a standard door opening of only 800mm and reach depths of 25 metres.
